How it works

Each frame, MediaPipe's FaceLandmarker locates 478 points on your face. We use your brow and chin to measure your forehead, then scan the video pixels above your brows for the color shift from skin to hair — averaged and smoothed over time into a live, Norwood-scale-referenced score. Fully client-side — nothing about your camera feed ever leaves this device.
